Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned area and territory business manager sales targets
  • Support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
  • Drive brand and product-specific targets through strategic execution
  • Conduct activities and programs in alignment with division strategy
  • Develop and mentor team members to prepare them for future leadership roles
  • Coach team members on field effectiveness and on-the-job aspects
  • Monitor effort parameters, brand progression, and value-wise sales growth

Requirements
