About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned area and territory business manager sales targets
- Support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly objectives
- Drive brand and product-specific targets through strategic execution
- Conduct activities and programs in alignment with division strategy
- Develop and mentor team members to prepare them for future leadership roles
- Coach team members on field effectiveness and on-the-job aspects
- Monitor effort parameters, brand progression, and value-wise sales growth
Requirements
- BSc or B.Pharma background
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a First Line Manager
- Prior experience in the same therapy area
- Strong analytical and effective communication skills
- Proven experience as a people manager
