About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
  • Promote division products in alignment with company strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Conduct effective field work and report daily via assigned online systems
  • Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the division

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
  • Prior experience in the same therapy area is an advantage
  • Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies is a plus
  • Fluent and confident communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
