About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
- Promote division products in alignment with company strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective field work and report daily via assigned online systems
- Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
- Act as a brand ambassador for the division
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
- Prior experience in the same therapy area is an advantage
- Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies is a plus
- Fluent and confident communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
