About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the division
  • Promote division products in alignment with established strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Conduct effective fieldwork and report daily via assigned online systems
  • Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (candidates with experience in the same therapy or from MNCs are preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
