About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Conduct effective field work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report daily field activities through the assigned online system
  • Meet established norms for call average, coverage, and frequency coverage
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the division
  • Promote division products in alignment with company strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time
  • Prior experience in the same therapy area or experience with MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
