About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Conduct effective field work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
- Report daily field activities through the assigned online system
- Meet established norms for call average, coverage, and frequency coverage
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the division
- Promote division products in alignment with company strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 0 to 2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Prior experience in the same therapy area or experience with MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
