About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned Area and TBM-wise sales targets, including brand and product-specific goals
- Support and mentor the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Develop and mentor team members for future career progression
- Ensure product availability across all assigned stockists in the territory
- Achieve division-wise primary and secondary targets by guiding team members
- Monitor brand-wise and value-wise month-on-month sales progression
- Guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement strategies
- Forecast sales accurately for top stockists by analyzing trends from stockist statements
- Execute business strategies by translating them into tactical field activities
- Prepare monthly sales plans, anticipating barriers and identifying opportunities to overcome deficits
Requirements
- BSc or BPharma background
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same therapy area
- Effective communication and strong analytical skills
- Proven track record of performance and sound education
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior or current experience specifically within the same therapy area
- Experience working with Multinational Corporations (MNC) or top Indian pharmaceutical companies
