About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Restora division
  • Promote division products in alignment with established company strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
  • Conduct effective field work and report daily activities via the assigned online system
  • Meet established norms for call averages, coverage, and frequency coverage

Requirements

  • BSc or B. Pharma degree
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior or current experience in the same therapy area
  • Experience working with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies
