About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share for the Orocare division
- Promote division products in alignment with established company strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Conduct effective field work and report daily activities via the assigned online system
- Meet established call average, coverage, and frequency norms
- Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharmaceutical companies is an added advantage
