About the role
Responsibilities
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, and formulary stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans that reflect customer priorities and institutional dynamics
- Identify barriers to access and implement solutions to support patient identification and account growth
- Deliver product and clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices
- Collaborate with internal partners on pull-through strategies and access efforts
- Drive business performance through disciplined planning, forecasting, and execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (including overnight travel)
- Strong strategic account planning and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree such as an MBA
- Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales and account management
- Proven track record of results with a strong customer and patient focus
- Experience navigating sophisticated institutional decision-making and formulary dynamics
