Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders
• Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, and formulary stakeholders
• Develop and execute account plans that reflect customer priorities and institutional dynamics
• Identify barriers to access and implement solutions to support patient identification and account growth
• Deliver product and clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices
• Collaborate with internal partners on pull-through strategies and access efforts
• Drive business performance through disciplined planning, forecasting, and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel by car or plane up to 80% of the time
• Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements, including background screening and vaccinations

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as an MBA
• Progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales and account management
• Proven track record of results with a strong customer and patient focus
• Expertise in navigating sophisticated institutional decision-making and formulary dynamics
