About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Accurately record all activities and customer information in Salesforce.com
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- 4 year degree from an accredited university (BA/BS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales
- Experience in hospital or academic settings
- Demonstrated experience in grand rounds, tumor boards, and P&T committees
- Proven track record of launching new products and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape
- Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales
- Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and contracting
