Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data for growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
Requirements
- 4-year BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales experience in hospital or academic settings
- Experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, and P&T committees
- Proven track record of launching new products and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales
- Skills in project management, budgeting, and contracting
