About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt, recruit and onboard new channel partners through face-to-face engagement
- Drive revenue growth across switching, wireless, and cloud product categories
- Identify and develop specialist partners and MSPs to accelerate solution adoption
- Own annual account plans, forecasting, and opportunity management
- Expand distribution by onboarding Value Added Distributors in key verticals
- Develop CEO/CTO-level relationships across partner organisations
- Manage pricing, margins, proposals, and high-value deal negotiations
- Provide weekly forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market insights
- Collaborate with internal SE, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Partner/Channel Account Manager role with a networking vendor
- Proven track record of hunting and closing high-value IT networking deals
- Strong existing network across the Nordics IT channel (distributors, SIs, resellers, MSPs)
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics and partner economics
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel regularly (50%+ travel across the Nordics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience winning business with cloud-managed networking solutions
- Familiarity with MSP business models
- Additional Nordic language skills (Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian)
