About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead new account development and expand existing accounts through B2B sales of software licensing, appliances, and services
  • Develop and implement specific territory account plans and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
  • Engage sales resources, including SEs, Channel partners, and Solutions Sales teams, to implement customer account plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle and use CRM systems effectively for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
  • Execute complex go-to-market strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas

Requirements

  • Extensive and proven IT software sales experience, specifically within security software or network technologies
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement against sales quotas
  • Experience in relationship management and new business development
  • Ability to present effectively to C-level and executive-level contacts
  • Experience working with Channel partners and developing business both directly and through partners
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies such as TAS or SPIN
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
