About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from market analysis to revenue growth
- Respond to inbound leads and manage pipeline through CRM systems
- Develop new business and acquire accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
- Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Support job site activities through remote and on-site involvement
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site as needed
Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience with a proven track record
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts

- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge
- B2B sales experience
