About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory and execute full sales strategy from market analysis to revenue growth
  • Respond to inbound leads and manage pipeline through CRM systems
  • Develop new business and acquire accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Conduct sales presentations and resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Support job site activities through remote and on-site involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site as needed

Requirements

  • Superior outside sales experience with a proven track record
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts

  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge
  • B2B sales experience
