About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
  • Respond to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems
  • Develop new business and expand the customer base with contractors and construction principals
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
  • Conduct sales presentations and promptly resolve customer inquiries
  • Support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales track record with tenacious and innovative approach
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Heavy construction equipment or rental industry knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company

  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
