About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
- Respond to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems
- Develop new business and expand the customer base with contractors and construction principals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and promptly resolve customer inquiries
- Support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed
Requirements
- Proven outside sales track record with tenacious and innovative approach
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Heavy construction equipment or rental industry knowledge preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company
- Competitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
