About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a geographical territory and execute full sales strategy from market analysis and pipeline management to contract negotiation and customer retention
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests using CRM systems
  • Develop new business and acquire accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and communicating new solutions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly; conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Develop sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Manage and support job site activities with both remote and on-site involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed on customer sites

Requirements

  • Tenacious, innovative approach with superior outside sales experience and a proven track record
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge preferred, along with B2B sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to keep pace with a growing company and evolving product offerings
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
