About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth
  • Respond to inbound leads and manage opportunities through CRM systems
  • Develop new business and acquire accounts by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct sales presentations and resolve customer inquiries and requests
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Support job site activities with remote and on-site involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service as needed

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales track record and superior sales skills
  • B2B sales experience preferred
  • Heavy construction equipment or rental industry knowledge preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team orientation
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
