About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Execute new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Manage and support job site activities with both remote and onsite involvement
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site when required
Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales with superior sales skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to learn new products and services quickly
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Experience in heavy construction equipment or B2B sales is preferred but not required
