About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Execute new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage and support job site activities with both remote and onsite involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site when required

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outside sales with superior sales skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to learn new products and services quickly
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or the rental/construction industry
  • B2B sales experience
