About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Execute new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
  • Respond to inbound leads and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Manage and support job site activities with both remote and onsite involvement
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site when required

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outside sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Technical aptitude to learn new products and services
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
  • Experience with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge
  • B2B sales experience
