About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce revenue by signing contracts or acquiring MSAs
- Generate revenue through direct rentals to non-contract facilities
- Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Respond to inbound leads, RFQs, and customer inquiries promptly
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
- Travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit locations
- Support job site activities and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in industrial facilities
- Knowledge of industrial contracts
- Knowledge of general rental, pump and power, and industrial tooling
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Tenacious and innovative sales approach
