Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Produce revenue by signing contracts or acquiring MSAs
• Generate revenue through direct rentals to non-contract facilities
• Build and expand customer base by establishing relationships with contractors and construction principals
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Respond to inbound leads, RFQs, and customer inquiries promptly
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit physical locations
• Support job site activities and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in industrial facilities
• Knowledge of industrial contracts
• Knowledge of general rental, pump and power, and industrial tooling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Superior sales and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
