Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a geographical territory including market analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
• Execute full sales strategy from lead generation to contract negotiation and customer retention
• Drive new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors and construction principals
• Nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and service levels
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
• Conduct sales presentations and develop new strategies to increase market share
• Support job site activities and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed

Requirements

• Proven track record in outside sales with superior sales skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Technical aptitude to learn new products and services quickly
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
• Experience in heavy construction equipment or B2B sales is preferred but not required
