About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce revenue by signing contracts, acquiring MSAs, and renting direct to non-contract facilities
- Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
- Travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit physical locations
- Manage and support job site activities with both remote and onsite involvement
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in industrial facilities
- Knowledge of industrial contracts
- Knowledge of general rental, pump and power, and industrial tooling
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds
- Superior sales skills and tenacity
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
