Territory Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
• Produce revenue by signing contracts, acquiring MSAs, and renting direct to non-contract facilities
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit locations and job sites
• Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service on-site when needed

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in industrial facilities
• Knowledge of industrial contracts
• Knowledge of general rental, pump and power, and industrial tooling
• Ability to lift, carry, and place objects up to 50 pounds
• Superior sales skills and tenacity
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
