About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Execute new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors
- Respond to inbound leads and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction
- Conduct sales presentations and develop new techniques to increase market share
- Support job site activities with both remote and on-site involvement
Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to learn new products and services
- Competitive and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in heavy construction equipment or rental industry
- B2B sales experience
