About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage territory sales strategy including market analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Execute new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Support job site activities and assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed
Requirements
- Proven track record in outside sales
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to learn new products and services
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of heavy construction equipment or the rental/construction industry
- B2B sales experience
