About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop customized solutions that meet prospect needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sales expectations are met during delivery
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities and pipeline
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position Toast in the local market
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field
- Reliable transportation for field sales visits (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- General technical proficiency with software and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant operations
- Experience using Salesforce
- Sandler Sales Training
