About the role
Responsibilities
- Spend approximately 80% of your week in the field conducting targeted business visits and engaging local businesses
- Execute a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion including lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals
- Build high-velocity pipelines through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and networking
- Develop deep expertise in key verticals such as restaurants, retail, and services to provide consultative solutions
- Maintain operational rigor using Salesforce to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a closing role
- Proven field sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience in business development, including hunting and cold calling
- Must reside in the local market and possess reliable transportation
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
- Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payment processing or related technology (payroll, loyalty, time management)
- 1+ years of experience working with or selling to restaurant, retail, or service-based businesses
