Territory Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to drive revenue across Enterprise accounts in the LATAM region
• Manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations from prospecting to closing
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve defined revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
• Prospect into target accounts to generate new sales opportunities
• Align with channel partners on go-to-market strategies and value propositions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 6 years of B2B technology sales experience
• At least 3 years of experience selling to large enterprise accounts
• Proven experience managing long and complex sales cycles
• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Basic understanding of computer networking and internet protocols
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting relationships in Colombia
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
