About the role
Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and formalize a go-to-market territory strategy, including target account identification and research.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector expertise.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive resources.
- Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling and business-case definition.
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting and maintain up-to-date customer data within the Salesforce system.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise solution sales experience, specifically selling CRM, ERP, or similar technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully selling into banks and financial institutions across India.
- Demonstrated experience in driving and closing complex enterprise-level deals.
- Consistent history of overachieving sales quotas and revenue goals.
- University degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to C-Level executives across both IT and business units within the North India market.
- Strong technical competence and the ability to sell both applications and platform deployments.
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate clear ROI value statements.
- Excellent strategic account planning and time management skills.
