Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision polishing and satinizing on watch cases and bracelets returned for after-sales service, ensuring they match the original finish
• Conduct rigorous self-inspections and precise quality controls to meet uncompromising standards
• Execute cleaning and washing operations for various components to preserve material luster and durability
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators within the workshop

Requirements

• CFC in Watchmaking Finishing (Termineur en habillage horloger) or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an after-sales service (SAV) environment
• Proficiency with job-related IT systems
• Exceptional manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and a team-oriented mindset
