Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on oscillating masses using polishing lathes
• Participate in the development of prototypes and initial production series
• Collaborate with methods specialists during co-design, prototyping, and equipment acquisition phases
• Contribute to the industrialization and production processes of oscillating masses
• Maintain autonomy in preparing and replacing polishing discs
• Enter production and control data into the information system
• Perform first-level preventive maintenance on equipment
• Participate actively in team rituals and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• CFC in Watchmaking Finishing (Termineur en habillage horloger), AFP in Polishing (Polisseur), or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in polishing and finishing horological components
• Proven experience in manual horological polishing, specifically with precious materials
• Excellent visual acuity and remarkable manual dexterity
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (O365)
• Strong sense of detail, rigor, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a 2x8 shift schedule
