Terminal Systems Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of terminal systems within a major airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) programme.
• Oversee implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness for systems including AODB, FIDS, RMS, AOCC, and PAVA.
• Manage design reviews, technical compliance assessments, and interface coordination across all terminal systems packages.
• Coordinate Interface Control Document (ICD) development between terminal systems, ICT infrastructure, and third-party platforms.
• Manage coordination with EPC contractors, ICT workstreams, ORAT teams, and specialist systems vendors.
• Support the execution of integrated testing strategies including FAT, SAT, and operational trials.
• Ensure all terminal systems comply with aviation regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and programme governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Systems, Computer, Electronics, or Aviation Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of professional experience in airport systems, operational technologies, or aviation infrastructure.
• Minimum 8 years of experience specifically within major international airport programmes.
• Proven experience managing complex terminal operational systems within live airport environments.
• Expertise in systems integration, testing, commissioning, and interface management.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GCC airport programmes.
• Strong understanding of airport operational continuity requirements and terminal constraints.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams within complex, large-scale multi-organizational programme environments.
