Terminal Systems Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead systems-of-systems integration activities across terminal operational platforms and associated airside and operational systems.
• Define and manage the overall systems integration architecture for assigned terminal operational technologies and interface environments.
• Develop and manage the Interface Control Document (ICD) register for all assigned systems and third-party interfaces.
• Coordinate and validate systems message flows, data exchange requirements, and interoperability frameworks.
• Manage interface coordination between AODB, FIDS, RMS, AOCC, BHS, security systems, and other adjacent operational platforms.
• Lead vendor interface workshops and multidisciplinary technical coordination meetings with EPC contractors, MSI teams, and airline stakeholders.
• Support integration planning, including sequencing, dependency management, and operational transition strategies.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities including FAT, SAT, and end-to-end interface verification.
• Monitor interface risks, technical dependencies, and manage systems defects through resolution and formal closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, or Aviation Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in systems integration, operational technologies, or airport systems.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in major international airport programmes.
• Proven experience in terminal systems integration and multidisciplinary interface management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with airport operators, airline stakeholders, and EPC contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within GCC airport programmes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of message flows, systems architecture, and data exchange protocols.
• Expertise in testing and commissioning methodologies and systems assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills within multi-organizational environments.
