Terminal Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily terminal operations to ensure seamless logistics and customer service
• Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of bulk materials
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment to ensure peak working condition
• Uphold rigorous safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with OSHA regulations
• Act as a key point of contact for customers to resolve inquiries and issues professionally
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize schedules and resources
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing and pulling
• Ability to work in diverse outdoor industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in terminal operations or a similar industrial setting
• Additional certifications or training in welding, electrical work, or general maintenance
