Terminal Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations including product handling, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, HSSE & SP control frameworks, and local operating procedures.
• Supervise product receipt and delivery via vessel, truck, rail, or pipeline.
• Manage Permit to Work activities and supervise the execution of approved changes on-site.
• Lead safety discussions, including toolbox meetings and incident learning sessions.
• Supervise maintenance plans, surveillance inspections, and the reliability and integrity program.
• Monitor tank operations, testing, and sampling to ensure product quality.
• Provide training for terminal operations staff and support the Terminal Manager in identifying operational issues.
• Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team during crisis situations.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or candidates with up to one year of relevant engineering experience.
• Engineering background is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a visible leadership presence.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to any location within the Philippines.
