Terminal Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations including product handling, maintenance, and inventory management
• Implement operational standards and develop site-specific local operating procedures for safety-critical tasks
• Supervise product handling activities for vessel, truck, rail, and pipeline receipt or delivery
• Act as Shore Officer to ensure safe vessel loading and unloading activities
• Supervise the execution of maintenance plans, surveillance inspections, and Permit to Work activities
• Manage tank operations, testing, sampling, and emergency response preparedness
• Lead on-site safety discussions, toolbox meetings, and incident learning sessions
• Provide training for terminal operations staff and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant engineering experience
• Engineering background is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a visible leadership presence
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
