About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate safe operations and the delivery of products at the terminal
  • Manage P&L for the assigned terminal and implement strategies to maximize profits
  • Oversee transportation assets, costs, and contractual relationships
  • Work closely with customers to develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Promote all aspects of safety and ensure adherence to OSHA rules and regulations
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and budgetary reports
  • Drive process improvements and manage terminal operations

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a transportation-related field
  • 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Strong working knowledge of the trucking industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with SAP and Loadmaster
