Responsibilities

• Manage the four main stages of the blow molding production process: sourcing, blowing, finishing, and recovery
• Identify, request, and collect necessary materials from the warehouse for the finishing process
• Execute the final finishing of products, including connection holes and thermofusion processes
• Utilize portable tools and thermofusion equipment effectively to complete production tasks
• Inspect received products to ensure they are free of burrs and notify supervisors of any defects
• Apply capacity and outlet labels to cisterns and water tanks
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning of finished products
• Install covers and verify correct fitment, reporting any issues to the production supervisor
• Record finished product quantities and types in floor controls and the PRODASIS platform

Requirements

• Completed secondary school education
• Knowledge of the blow molding production process
• Ability to operate portable tools and thermofusion equipment
• Strong product inspection and quality control skills
