Responsibilities

• Manage the four main stages of the blow molding production process: sourcing, blowing, finishing, and recovery
• Identify, request, and collect necessary finishing materials from the warehouse
• Execute final product finishing, including connection holes for cisterns and tanks
• Perform thermofusion processes and ensure proper execution and care
• Utilize portable finishing tools and thermofusion equipment effectively
• Inspect received products to ensure they are free of burrs and notify supervisors of defects
• Apply capacity and outlet labels to products
• Clean the interior and exterior of finished products
• Install caps and verify correct fitment
• Record finished product quantities and types in floor controls and the PRODASIS platform

Requirements

• Completed secondary school education
• Knowledge of blow molding processes
• Ability to use portable finishing tools
• Ability to use thermofusion tools
• Strong product inspection skills
