Tennis Professional for High Performance

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide top sectional and national players to reach the next level of performance
• Oversee and participate in tennis tournaments, mixers, and other related tennis functions
• Develop players from beginner to advanced levels, including 10 and under juniors and adult groups
• Provide a member-first experience through proactive communication and high-quality customer service
• Assist, direct, and coordinate with other professionals and staff members

Requirements

• USPTA or PTR Teaching Certification
• USTA rating of 4.5 or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience across junior and adult levels
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing high-performance junior programs
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with club members
