Tendering Specialist - Substation Automation & Protection

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and prepare Bill of Materials, deviation lists, and detailed product configurations
• Deliver accurate cost estimations based on the specific tender scope of work
• Elaborate bid prices and offering strategies in coordination with the team manager
• Participate in the Risk Review process in accordance with company policy
• Verify commercial and legal interests of offers with Front end Sales and legal advisors
• Monitor progress of tender deliverables and perform continuous follow-up on scope and timelines
• Promote process feedback and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 5-10 years of professional experience in Electrical & Electronics
• Sound knowledge of Protection & Control products and Substation Automation systems
• Proven engineering and tendering experience, including managing risk assessments
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams
