Tendering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of proposal development and manage technical and commercial discussions with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with sales, controlling, legal, financial, and tax teams to develop winning strategies and optimal setups.
• Present proposals to top management while ensuring high compliance and quality of the offer.
• Ensure timely submission of offers and support the customer negotiation process.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Uphold core values of safety and integrity in all professional actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Proposal Management or Sales Support.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and structured approach to work.
• Ability to be a quick learner and result-oriented professional.
• Capable decision-making skills with a solid understanding of business operations.
