About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze consultation files (DCE) to identify administrative, technical, and financial requirements
- Draft response documents including methodological notes, arguments, company presentations, CVs, and references
- Structure and format technical memorandums in collaboration with operational teams
- Prepare and update administrative documents (DC1, DC2, certificates, Kbis, insurance, etc.)
- Monitor administrative and contractual deadlines for contracts
- Perform monitoring on public and private procurement platforms
- Collect technical information from operational teams to support tender responses
- Update the documentary database including references, CVs, and templates
Requirements
- Student in an apprenticeship program (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in business or equivalent
- Strong writing skills and organizational rigor
- Interest in public procurement, regulation, and technical writing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
