Tender Specialist

Responsibilities

• Screen public procurement opportunities relevant to Baxter and initiate cross-functional meetings.
• Coordinate input from various business segments and stakeholders to ensure tender submissions meet all deadlines.
• Manage new tender contracts, including prolongations and ensuring all documents are signed and filed correctly.
• Support the daily operational tender process for the Swedish market and provide assistance to other Nordic countries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public healthcare services, specifically within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent administration and process management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the Finnish language.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
