About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build robust and competitive tender cost commitments to drive project success
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies during the tender phase to ensure cost productivity
  • Manage the Product Sourcing Reference Library to ensure alignment with market prices
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to support "Design to Cost" (DTC) initiatives
  • Manage cost opportunities and risks in coordination with tender and multi-métier teams
  • Lead the strategy and monitoring of localization requirements (e.g., Buy America, Buy Canada)
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to prepare and consolidate sourcing commitments
  • Collect and formalize Return of Experience (REX) from deployed projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain, or Finance
  • 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, or Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of a language other than French or English to facilitate international collaboration
