Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Process tender requests, including ITT, RFI, and RFQ
• Develop tender strategies in cooperation with sales teams
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial bid documentation
• Support the sales team during bid presentations and negotiation processes
• Prepare RFI/RFQ for subcontractor services based on project specifications
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors to optimize the buying process
• Review contract terms and conditions and manage necessary administrative activities
• Identify, describe, and assess project risks, proposing measures to mitigate them
• Support international deugro branches in the planning and implementation of tenders

Requirements

• Degree in logistics, trade, or economics
• Experience in pricing and tender management
• Experience working within an international business environment and with diverse cultures
• Strong English proficiency for communication in an international arena
• Ability to prioritize and monitor tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong team player personality with a hands-on mentality
