Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender process from start to finish for subsea cable installation projects
• Motivate and coach the tender team to ensure high-quality, timely proposal delivery
• Foster strong communication with clients to grasp technical and commercial requirements
• Oversee the entire tender process, ensuring alignment with commercial and contractual guidelines
• Coordinate supply chain management and participate in strategic subcontract negotiations
• Negotiate with clients and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with Project Teams to ensure a seamless handover of awarded work

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in offshore projects or tenders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or nautical field
• Strong affinity with legal, financial, and commercial aspects of tenders
• Willingness to undertake short-term international travel
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically within the Offshore Wind or Offshore Energy sectors
• Experience with energy infrastructure developers or transmission system operators
