Tender Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and competitive tenders with strong management of costs, scope, and procurement schedules.
• Manage product procurement references to prepare upcoming tenders, adapting to regional market prices and client needs.
• Ensure all submissions include clear and coordinated comments on contractual conditions, economic bases, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Define procurement strategies for tenders and establish robust cost references.
• Lead pre-tender activities, including extracting ERP data to evaluate product competitiveness.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans (RAMP) and savings assessment plans (SAMP).
• Coordinate with engineering, industry, and technical teams to ensure technical and cost alignment.
• Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent field.
• 5 years of professional experience in projects, procurement, engineering, or quality.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a structured and rigorous approach to work.
• Ability to challenge requirements and promote optimal technology or standardization.
